Dear Diary,

I always have been a pessimistic person, and find it difficult to look beyond the point I am at. Impatience is one of my worst personality traits by far, if I set my mind (and heart) on something I tell myself that it has to happen almost immediately, yet I always stumble at the first hurdle. Indecision will always catch me out.

In this instance the only thing that can seem to cheer me up is snuggling up to the cat listening to his comforting purr, aided by watching my beloved Sex and the City box set. Carrie Bradshaw has not let me down yet.

Sorry if I’m a little disconnected, I promise to be back soon.

  1. I feel like I wrote this. I'm the most impatient and pessimistic person ever, I never have faith that things will work out and that life will get better. I'm always really indecisive, maybe we'll change.

  3. I can be very pestimistic, the whole lack knowing when I can maybe even see my boy again is like me fearing people just want to spilt me and my boy up, and just. Ah i could go on. I have to have things fixed and planned in my head yet when things alter it totally throws me off track - today has pretty much been one of those days. I get really pessimistic if i can't sort things out and know when things are going to happen, i hate not having that bit of control. I guess it makes me clingy at times.

  4. Sorry you're having a rough time, Alice. Good Tv and a cat for company sounds like the perfect remedy for those awful transitional season blues. x
