Absence makes the heart grow fonder

Just a quick post to let you know I’ve been a little quiet recently on here, and I feel guilty for not being able to visit blogs as regularly as I would like, but I’m going to be catching up soon. Please don’t think I’ve abandoned you all.

Long story short, I’ve started some full-time work, which means I’ve been very busy this past week. It’s come at no better time for me, as I was becoming more and more fed up and lost in recent weeks, so I know this is a positive step forward.

It’s funny I still don’t know what I want to do in the future (I long to realise this), but have come to realise a little something is better than nothing.

Thank you for sticking by me and constantly inspiring me.

  1. I've been working for years and still don't know what I want to do - well actually I do = win the lottery and give up work!!! Congrats on getting some fulltime work, no mean feat at the moment.

  2. Don't strain youself, soon enough you will be all caught up. More work means more money which leads to fabulous shopping eventually!

I'm sure you have a bright future despite you not being able to see it. Stay positive and all will manifest for you. Take care!

  3. Good luck in your new job Alice...I've found that doing something is better than doing nothing and it is quite common to find your way or a new opportunity when you're in the middle of something you don't really like or are not really suited to. Does that makes any kind of sense?
    I hope so.
Take care and hang in there x

It is tiring working full time, but I'm sure we'll all be here eagerly waiting for your next blog post, even if it took a year, I know I will. Take your time to settle into your new routine, and I'll look forward to your inspiring blog posts.

  13. Congratulations on the job Alice!!! I recently started work so I find it difficult to keep up to date with everything too! Plus I have no idea what I want to do with my future, my only passion is making my little bits n bobs but it's not something I can make into a career, so I'll have to settle with marrying someone rich ;-) hehe!! xxx
