I found this frame yesterday, for £1. I have been thinking about making a collage for a while now. I love scrapbooking so much, but sometimes feel all my beautiful pages are hidden away. This way I get the best of both worlds.
The birthday card is an old one I found at my Mums last week.
Oh gosh I couldn’t resist this little fella. He’s quite the cutie and couldn’t leave him behind for 99p.
I was made to watch Gremlins many a time in my childhood by my brother and to be quite honest, the only reason I would agree would be so I could catch a glimpse of Gizmo.
I spied this Benefit make-up case almost immediately, their designs are pretty distinctive and coming from the girl who ate Cadbury Flakes all for the sake of trying to win a Benefit lipstick, this one for sure was not going to slip me by.
With the original tag intact and pristine condition, this could have only ever been dismissed by it’s previous owner. Not bad for £1.49 when these usually cost around £22.50.
I don’t quite know what this is, maybe a table runner? But I was charmed by the unusual elves print. This wasn’t priced so I reluctantly took it to the counter and was simply delighted when the lady said 20p.
I have admired patchwork creations for such a long time now; this book may just spur me on to making my very own cushion/quilt. I love the retro cover and all the bright prints in this book. A fantabulous £1.25.
I couldn’t resist this little tin suitcase, of the Owl and the Pussycat for £1. I actually found myself going back for this, having told myself I didn’t need another storage tin but then frantically realising I did.
A random selection of finds, but stuff I will probably go on to treasure for quite some time
